SHIPPING POLICY
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across India and the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Shipping Info and charges
Within India - The ETA is 0-30 working days. We offer free delivery within India.
 
Outside India- The ETA is 18-40 working days for most countries. It can sometimes depend on the countries customs procedure. For International orders our preferred partner is DHL and Fedex. Shipping costs are shared on the checkout page so that you would know the exct amount to pay. There is restricition of shipping to some areas due to logitsical constraints. 
Free Worldwide Shipping* - We offer free shipping to our worldwide audience for few products. Free shipping is only offered while shipping the product outside of India to customers delivery address, once the purchase is made. There is no return or exchange policy for orders fulfilled outside of India. Free shipping is NOT provided should you be willing to return or exchange the product. 

 

Shipping charges on return
Within India
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Reverse shipping costs are non-refundable should you wish to cancel the order. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over INR 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. However, you can also choose our trusted courier partner for shipping the item to us. 
 
Outside India
We do not accept returns for international orders. Hence shipping costs and all other costs related to the order are non-refundable.
